At Little Paw Babies, your satisfaction matters to us! If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

All cases are reviewed individually. Depending on the situation, we may offer a full or partial refund or store credit toward a future purchase.

Please note that due to the nature of our global supply chain, we do not offer direct exchanges. We will always do our best to make it right for you. 🐾

Items damaged during shipping must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. Reports submitted outside of this window will not be eligible for resolution.
